FAQ

Questions, answered.

The basics before we work together.

01

How much does a website cost?

A basic one-page website starts at $75. Additional pages and features can be added using the pricing listed on the Services page.

02

Do I need to own a domain?

Not before you inquire. If you do not already own one, domain setup can be handled as part of the launch process. The cost of the domain itself is separate from the website price.

03

Is the domain included?

No. Domain registration is a separate client expense.

04

How long will my website take?

Project timing depends on the size of the website, the features requested, and how quickly all required content is provided. A final timeline will be discussed before work begins.

05

What do I need to provide?

Usually your logo, photos, business information, social links, website copy/content, and any visual references you want New Tab to consider.

06

What does one revision include?

The included revision is one round of requested changes after the first complete version of the website is ready for review.

07

Can you redesign an existing website?

Yes. Website redesigns can be discussed through New Tab's communication channels.

08

Can I request something that is not on the pricing list?

Yes. Custom features are quoted individually.

09

Can my website have accounts or a database?

Yes. Database setup, user accounts, and admin dashboards are available as add-ons.

10

Can you update my website after launch?

Yes. Post-launch updates can be quoted separately based on what needs to be changed.
